Conrad diagnosed and repaired the problem with my steam vacuum with 2 hours of the same morning I first called him. Previously when I had a problem with the unit, it took 10-14 days to repair it and at a cost considerably higher when done at a shop. Conrad was thorough and efficient and took time to give me some tips on how to better maintain the machine and spot potential problems with it. This is service that is hard to find in this day and age.

We have had our Dyson for over four years. I contacted Dyson customer support and was told it woud take 2-3 days to determine the problem and then another day to repair assuming the parts were in stock. It was noon time on Saturday and my wife contacted The Vacuum Man. When I met him he said he would have it ready by Monday. Later on that Saturday evening The Vacuum Man called to say it was fixed. When I arrived at his home the Dyson was sparling like new. The Vacuum man took the time to explain why the vacuum was not working. I was impressed with the c are and the timeliness of his repair. Less than a year ago I bought a Dirt Devil. All of a sudden the battery pack went dead. I didn't know what to do because I couldn't find the receipt I had. I heard from someone about a place called the Vacuum Man so I called him to see if they could help me. I'm glad that I did. Conrad, one of the owners, took care of contacting the Dirt Devil Company and after he spoke to them, they agreed to replace my broken appliance with a new one in less than a week. Conrad didn't even charge me for it. I am grateful to him and to Dirt Devil which honored the warranty on their product.
